Q: Is getting permanent makeup like getting a tattoo?

A: The procedure is similar to tattooing, however it is not as invasive or painful.

 

Q: For an eyeliner procedure, do I have to have my eyes open?

A: No, the eyes need to be closed to perform the proceedure.

 

Q: How long does it last?

A: 3 to 5 years, maybe longer depending on the level of pigment.

 

Q: Are the needles re used?

A: NO, all needles are in single santitised packages and are disposed of after each proceedure.

 

Q: How long does a procedure take?

A: 60 to 90 minutes.

 

Q: Will it look obvious that I've had this done?

A: Not when performed by a professional cosmetic practitioner. My work always looks very natural and attractive.

 

Q: I've had cold sores, do you need to know about this?

A: If you have very experience a cold sore it is imperative that this be discussed prior to a lip procedure, as necessary steps have to be taken to prevent any break out.

Q: Is the pigment safe?

A: Yes, the pigment is safe and contains no harsh ingredients, unlike most, liquid eyeliner and mascaras.

 

Q: Will it hurt?

A: No. The cosmetic procedure requires a local anesthetic. This will relax and numb the area to minimize any discomfort. The anesthetic is not injected into the skin, it is applied topically with a sterile applicator.
